Sean joined the Woods lab in the summer of 2018. As an undergraduate, he studied maternal depression and its relation to emotional regulation in children with Dr. Sherryl Goodman at Emory University. In the Woods Lab, Sean is trained in cognitive assessment, and conducts a battery of neuropsychological assessments in order to examine the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation in improving cognitive function in older adults. Sean hopes to eventually complete a PhD in clinical neuropsychology.
